Gem Theatre vintage seat removal: ✔️ Our staff have been hard at work on this first step of renovation, as nearly 1,000 vintage seats dating back to the late 1940s have now been removed from the Gem. Over the years the seats have been repaired and reupholstered but they were in terrible shape overall and could not be saved. All the vintage seats have been sold.
