While this bloom is intact eggs can be stored at room temperature pointed end down for 3 weeks or more. When unwashed and refrigerated they stay fresh for 3 months or more and when washed and refrigerated they stay fresh for around 2 months. Once an egg is placed in the refrigerator it must stay in the refrigerator. #eggs #farm
