I am a C-7 quadriplegic. Sometimes doctors refer to the injury I have as tetriplegia or say I am a tetraplegic. In general, you could say I have a spinal cord injury. I fell off a cliff when I was 22 and I broke my neck. I broke four of the cervical bones, known as C-3, C-4, C-5, and C-6. C-5 was crushed completely and I have a donor's bone.
