When installing the slide blocks on the atlas PVL-12 and 14, 4 Post platinum series Lifts, it requires that you think outside the box a little bit while leaning the column in and wiggling it all around in order to get the latch plate into the grooves on the slide blocks, and from there you insert the screws as shown in this little clip.
