At least 3300 years old, this harp is attributed to the New Kingdom of Ancient Egypt. It is made of wood and features a portable, boat-shaped arched design, with the end of the frame decorated by a carved head. It measures 82 cm (32 5/16 in) diagonally and 36 cm (14 3/16 in) in soundbox length. This artifact is now housed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, United States.
