Introducing my favourite meal prep salad: apple & walnut chicken salad 😍 This is episode 4 of my easy & healthy meal prep series 💁🏻‍♀️ I luuurve prepping this salad to use throughout the week, whether that be in a sandwich, wrap, bagel or as it is - it’s PERFECT 😍 RECIPE: (measure each ingredient with your heart) - Cooked Chicken (I used some of my Greek Chicken from the previous meal prep recipe) - Apple - Celery - Red Onion - Parsley - Walnuts - Greek Yoghurt - Mustard - Salt - Lemon Juice
