Scientists at the USGS Hawaiian Volcano Observation reported in their late Tuesday Kilauea advisory: "Approximately 5 million cubic meters (of lava) were erupted at about 140 cubic meters per second. Lava flows from both vents covered over 60% of the floor of Halemaʻumaʻu within the southern part of Kaluapele (Kīlauea caldera)". That's a whole lot of 2,000 degree lava!! | Tom Skilling
