The UVU Roundabout in now open! Traffic can now flow in all directions. Take it slow the first couple times you come through because it's a little different than your normal roundabout. Pay close attention to the symbols on the road and the signs along the way and you'll be just fine. OREM, UTAH — Authorities say Charlie Kirk was fatally shot during a speaking event at Utah Valley University. The shot appears to have come from an elevated position near the Losee Center; widely shared clips show a figure on a nearby rooftop as the crowd scrambles.
