As the seasons change and temperatures drop, knowing how the different HVAC systems work around base housing can help keep you and your family comfortable. Heat is available for all housing units. On November 1st, the AC mode will be deactivated to protect the exterior portion of the system from damage, therefore, heat mode will be the only option available after that time. You cannot use heat and AC in different rooms, but you can use fan mode at the same time as either heat or AC in different
