Neda Agha-Soltan was shot to death at a protest in Iran in June 2009. The 26-year-old woman became a symbol of the country's Green Movement. This new year in Iran, Nowruz, which begins in mid-March, her mother visited Neda's grave and mourned the loss of her child.
