Here’s a little “day in my life” from when I was at @Mayrlife, since so many of you were curious 👇 People go here to detox, so if you’re following a program it is super strict everything has a purpose and they keep you on a very tight routine. Breakfast was coconut yogurt, beet root hummus, and a chewing trainer (I added the oat bread). No coffee allowed… only dandelion root, and I tried but I just couldn’t get into it 😅 They’re super strict with meals no add-ons, and they recommend barely any
