Banana syrup is my new obsession, so here’s the recipe if you want to make it at home. Banana Syrup 1 ripe banana 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of cinnamon Mash the banana in a small pot, add the water and sugar, and bring it to a gentle boil. Let it simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, then strain out the pulp. Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon and let it cool. That’s it. Try it in your coffee, on pancakes, or over oatmeal and thank me later. #HomemadeSyrup #BananaSyrup #Coffee
