ON THIS DAY - THE END OF AN ERA: On the 3rd December 2011 the last Highland Regiment gave up its colours and became a Battalion of the Royal Regiment of Scotland in symbolic form (although the decision had already happened while they were on active duty). Here is the video I took that day, the quality is not great, but it is an historic moment captured on film.
