Trying to recreate an old Irish dessert called FLUMMERY! These are the steps I tried: Cover oats in lukewarm water. Cover and leave for three days, stirring each day. Strain and add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the liquid. (Don’t discard the wet oats - I made overnight oats with them or you could make porridge). Boilthe strained liquid, stir regularly, simmer until thickened and bubbling. When thick, pour into bowls. Cover and allow to set. I put mine in the fridge overnight. It was delicious - Enjo
