Dramatic footage shows the moment an arson suspect was arrested in Azusa, California, on January 10, not far from the San Gabriel Mountains, where the destructive Eaton Fire started. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said the suspect, Jose Gerardo Escobar, allegedly tried to light on fire a large tree that had fallen in Pioneer Park.
