Same situation for Melting Pot & another restaurant that may finally be close to securing (or has already secured) real estate.

Del taco is leaps and bounds better than Taco bell. One of the defining factors between the two. Del Taco shreds their cheese in house on location. That shit actually melts and isn't coated in some sort of starch like taco bells so it doesn't clump together.

Del Taco has better food quality and selection IMO. Also Del Taco has better a la carte pricing. Taco Bell OTOH has the BYOC combo which at my location is a better deal than anything comparable I can find at my Del Taco. One thing I dislike about Del Taco are how they try to put the fries in the combos. I don't go there to eat french fries!

American stuff Taco Bell doesn't have: burgers (get them with grilled onions and green sauce) and crinkle cut fries (when done right I prefer crinkle cut fries and Del Taco does them right) Most of their breakfast menu is pretty good (most of their breakfast burritos are karate and filling), and I think they've got one of the better fast food ...

Oct 12, 2023 · Because of this thread and the new coupon, I indulged in my favorite Del Taco order tonight…2 fish tacos and a bean & cheese burrito with green sauce. Absolutely delicious and all for only $5.17. I’m so stuffed and happy right now.
