Pillow is of poor quality and comfort. Attempted to return but found out if I opened the pkg. the pillow came in, I may be only able to receive a partial refund or possibly nothing at all.

I have regrettably just started my path down the road of the derila pillow scam. Ordered on July 18, they added on one pillow, one pillow case and one cooling case.
