May 11, 2021 · Let's say I want to build the cryo cannon for damage. Ice storm overclock doubles the base damage, and doubles that against frozen targets. Here's the problem: Do I increase base damage over freezing power for higher damage numbers, or should I boost freezing power to get that x2 multiplier faster? Some mix of the two?

May 2, 2015 · The Ice Storm is my favorite Ang Lee film. I remember seeing it as a teen and recommending it to people. I haven't read the book yet but the movie just nails that short-ordered area of parents trying to parent while being rebellious teenagers themselves and teenagers trying on adulthood while being kids.
