Illinois Teamsters picketing outside of Republic Services say to expect delays in trash pickup
Teamsters from local 179 representing Republic Services drivers in Ottawa, Illinois, said there may be delays down the line for trash pickup in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

Republic Services Inc. employees voted Sunday to continue their strike, pushing the work stoppage into its second month.
Striking Teamsters at Republic Services this week are dramatically escalating their war against the waste giant by extending picket lines to Los Angeles and a major landfill in Ohio.
