Texas Longhorns quarterback Arch Manning follows in his uncle Peyton Manning's footsteps by being selected No. 8 overall to the Indianapolis Colts in a 2026 NFL Mock Draft

Despite being eligible to enter the 2026 NFL draft, it is reportedly far from guaranteed that Texas quarterback Arch Manning will do so. Jeff Howe of The Athletic spoke this week with five NFL executives and scouts, and all of them are "leaning in the direction of predicting" that Manning will return to school in 2026.

PFF’s Max Chadwick and Dalton Wasserman: “Texas’ new star quarterback will have high expectations heading into 2025, but he played well in limited action last season. Across 233 snaps, including two starts, Manning posted an 88.0 PFF overall grade with six big-time throws and two turnover-worthy plays.”
