French President Emmanuel Marcon, his wife and a select number of people were given a tour of Notre-Dame Cathedral on Friday, as it is set for a grand reopening to the public next week after hundreds of millions were poured into a renovation following a devastating early 2019 fire.

Emmanuel Macron and a TV crew headed this morning to Notre-Dame, which reopens next weekend five years after the devastating fire. The French President journeyed with cameras and journalists to the iconic Paris cathedral to view the epic renovation, which is estimated to have cost around €700M ($740M).
