Cucumbers recalled in at least 26 states and Canada after links to salmonella ailments
The cucumbers were sold from Oct. 12 through Nov. 26. And the salmonella sicknesses linked to the fruits, according to SunFed’s company-written, FDA-posted release, were from Oct. 12 through Nov. 15.

FDA Announces Cucumber Recall in 26 States and Canada After Salmonella Outbreak
U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) announced that SunFed Produce, LLC (SunFed) is recalling all sizes of whole fresh American cucumbers due to potential Salmonella contamination. The cucumbers were packaged in bulk containers and sold individually through retailers as well as in bulk to food service outlets.

Cucumber recall for potential salmonella expands to more products spanning 35 states
On Saturday, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced the initial recall of cucumbers from SunFed Produce that were sold in dozens of states and parts of Canada. On Monday, the FDA said the recall now also includes cucumbers from Baloian Farms of Arizona Co.
