A Cabazon couple were arrested Friday in connection with the disappearance of their 7-month-old son, whom they claimed was abducted during an assault on the mother in Yucaipa. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department confirmed Friday morning that Jake and Rebecca Haro were both arrested during a raid on the couple’s home in Cabazon.

A law enforcement operation was underway at the home of a family whose 7-month-old baby boy has been missing for just over a week, authorities said.

A fire destroyed a home in Cabazon Tuesday afternoon. The fire was reported along Ramona Road just after 6 p.m. CAL FIRE officials confirmed the first arriving units reported a single-story, single-family dwelling fully involved.
