Italian cable car manufacturer Leitner has acquired 20% of Montenegrin company XEnergy, formerly known as Novi Volvox, through its investment holding company RopFin, XEnergy said.

Romania’s competition authority said on Tuesday that it has approved the notified acquisition of local barcoding systems producer AB Systems by local technology integrator Smart ID Dynamics.
