In a viral video, Vishwas Kumar Ramesh, the lone survivor of the ill-fated Air India flight, is seen coming out of the campus of Ahmedabad's BJ Medical College as bystanders witness the crash with plumes of thick black smoke billowing in the background.

One passenger survived.

While authorities are still investigating what led to the fatal crash, hundreds of relatives of the victims have been providing DNA samples to identify the remains of their loved ones.
