A "Click it or Ticket" campaign will start next week in New York State for motorists to enforce wearing seat belts.

Thursday the Washington county health department partnered with the Ohio State Highway Patrol to brief the public on seatbelt usage.

During the period, Michigan State Police and local law enforcement will be actively conducting seatbelt enforcement.
