HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) - This past week the Shenandoah Valley and eastern West Virginia saw daily storms, each bringing heavy rain, high wind gusts, and even a microburst at one point. This active pattern was a result of a stubborn jet stream, staying well to the north and letting ample heat and humidity build underneath.
