‘Fortnite’ Hits 14.3 Million Players With Juice WRLD, Ice Spice, Snoop Dogg, Eminem Concert
Fortnite just put on a sprawling virtual concert starring Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Ice Spice and the deceased Juice WRLD, with the show meant as a tribute to the late rapper. Lasting about 15 minutes or so, each performed a song or two, ending with Juice WRLD getting the stage to himself as players floated around in crystal butterfly form.
Fortnite Breaks Its Own Record, Hitting 14.3 Million Concurrent Players for In-Game Concert
The concert coincided with the reveal of the playable Fortnite island called “ Juice WRLD: The Party Never Ends ” which launched today (Nov. 30). On the island, players can listen to snippets of the late rapper’s previously unreleased tracks as well as his hit songs “Lucid Dreams,” “Robbery,” “Wishing Well,” and “Come and Go.”
