After a season of a new format and inconsequential drama, it’s a relief to come to an episode overloaded with drag performance.

However, an additional wrinkle was added to the mix. Each of the regular judges ( Michelle Visage, Ross Mathews and Ts Madison) selected one of the 11 eliminated queens to return. From that list, one name was drawn at random, and that queen will also be added to the final Lip Sync Smackdown for the Crown.

RuPaul's Drag Race has come a long way since airing its first-ever All Stars season featuring queens competing in teams of two. As international Drag Race shows adopted their own version of an All Stars competing, the global Drag Race Hall of Fame is close to reaching as many as 20 queens.
