The name Victor Selormey has resurfaced amidst discussions around the declaration of former Minister for Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta, as a wanted fugitive by the Office of the Special Prosecutor.

Ghana's former deputy minister of finance, Victor Selormey, was on Monday released on bail following his arrest by the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI) late Sunday.

The authorities in Ghana have arrested the country's former deputy finance minister, Victor Selormey, for suspected illegal transactions last year involving nearly two-and-a-half-million dollars.
