A civilian car, a county police cruiser and a volunteer fire department vehicle were struck during Monday incident, police say

A police pursuit ended in a multi-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Philadelphia's Kingsessing neighborhood, according to a source with the Philadelphia Police Department. The pursuit started at 54th Street and Grays Avenue and went on for about a half mile before ending near 55th Street and Greenway Avenue, according to the source.

Palo Alto police arrested on Sunday one of three people who were allegedly involved in an armed robbery in East Palo Alto and who then attempted another robbery in Palo Alto. The suspect, a 20-year-old Redwood City resident, was arrested after his group crashed the stolen car that it was in at an intersection while being pursued by officers.

The agencies involved in the chase are the Moore County Sheriff's Office and the Pine Bluff Police Department.

Police released details on a pursuit and a subsequent crash that left one person dead early Thursday in Clovis.

Earlier this month, one person died and two others were injured after a police pursuit began in St. Louis County and ended in a crash in north St. Louis.

Police said one of the children was not properly secured in their child seat and the other was not in a child seat at all.

A man in a pickup truck led police on a wild pursuit across the Salt Lake Valley on Friday, with the chase finally coming to an end near the airport.
