The parents of 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro were arrested just over a week after the baby's mother reported him kidnapped in Yucaipa, authorities said.
Emmanuel Haro was reported missing on Thursday after someone attacked his mother outside of a Big 5 Sporting Goods store in the 34500 block of Yucaipa Boulevard, according to the family. Mother Rebecca Haro said she was changing her baby's diaper when someone punched her. When she came to, she ran into the sporting goods store and called 911.
