Fifty years ago, in May 1975, a stripped-down album called “Red Headed Stranger” changed the country music landscape and forever altered Willie Nelson’s trajectory.
But this was another side of Bob Dylan, complete with two songs early in the set from the criminally underrated "Another Side of Bob Dylan." He's been doing "It Ain't Me Babe" on the regular, but this set also featured "To Ramona" for the first time since 2017.
Today, Journey frontman Steve Perry teased a song with the legend himself, Willie Nelson, posting a simple photo on Instagram with a graphic that says “Steve & Willie” and features a couple of horses. The caption implies some sort of news, or even a song, is dropping tomorrow:
A two-day event is a celebration of Nelson’s landmark album, "Red Headed Stranger," and of downtown Garland itself.
