The Toronto Raptors’ fourth Summer League matchup had them toe-to-toe with the Golden State Warriors. With the Summer League Championship playoff on the line, the Raptors showed up and delivered. With a 81-69 win, they will now advance to the semifinals.

If one Raptor looked too good for Summer League early on, it was Jonathan Mogbo. The 2024 second-round pick went 7 of 8 from the field against the Bulls, and then helped the Raptors shake off a dicey start against the Magic, finishing with 12 points and eight rebounds.

Bates, from Kansas City, Kansas, made a couple of crucial plays down the stretch to spark a comeback attempt: He scored in the paint and sank a 3-pointer from the right corner to cut Denver's deficit to 87-80 and 93-89, respectively. The first basket came with 3:10 left, and the second happened with 1:16 to play.
