The FDA detected the radioactive isotope in a shipment of imported frozen shrimp that did not enter the U.S. commerce.

FDA advises public not to eat, sell, or serve certain imported frozen shrimp from an Indonesian firm - This recall is due to possible contamination with Cesium-137. The products were sold at Walmart stores in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia.

The Food and Drug Administration is recalling frozen shrimp sold at Walmart for possible radioactive chemical contamination.
