Two teenagers were injured during a shooting at a weekend gathering that Detroit Police called "an illegal street party."
Officers quickly identified Amir Karkehabadi as the suspect, arrested him at the motel and found a handgun, Sutter said. The relationship between Karkehabadi and the victim, if any, was not disclosed by police. The motive was under investigation.
