The man who killed Angel Bailey was identified to 911 as 'Nate,' but attorneys for Nathaniel Cunningham Jr. say another Nate may have pulled the trigger.

He had been accused of fatally shooting his 32-year-old cousin Angel Bailey -- a mother of four. The incident happened on March 25, 2023, at a home on Mission Road in Escambia County.
