Notre Dame appears headed back to the College Football Playoff and could be on its way to a super-rare Rose Bowl appearance.

The top-ranked Indiana Hoosiers are heading back to Pasadena. Indiana, the No. 1 overall seed and newly crowned Big Ten champion, will compete in the College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the Rose Bowl Game presented by Prudential on Jan.
