Owners of the Kowloon Restaurant in Saugus are opening a sister location, Kowloon Tiki on the Beach in Revere.

The Kowloon is set to turn Revere Beach into a tropical destination, with the legendary Chinese restaurant in Saugus receiving licenses to establish a tiki bar along America’s first public shoreline.
