PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 26-year-old man from Battle Ground will spend more than 20 years in prison after sexually exploiting a trio of Oregon children via social media, officials announced Friday.

The lawsuit comes after a Galveston County family said their 13-year-old daughter was sexually assaulted by a person she interacted with on the platform.

The lawsuit accuses Discord of lying about how safe its platform is for minors and allowing child predators to groom and exploit kids.
