I remember always running to press the elevator button when I was five or six. To the point where my dad once said that I should just have a box with buttons and switches.

When the Arduino code sees the button getting pressed, it brings the corresponding LED pin high and starts a fade out timer using the SoftPWM library by [Brett Hagman].

The menu code is simple to modify and implement. It allows the user to define a certain number of menu items, along with button labels and functions to be executed with button presses.
