The Rolls-Royce Vision Next 100 concept is about ideas, about what life may be like for high-net-worth individuals who may be currently chauffeured.

Concept cars are meant to push the edges of what's possible, but the Rolls Royce Vision Next 100 (codenamed 103EX) has taken that idea to a level that most other brands could only hope to achieve.

In London, England on Thursday morning, Rolls-Royce debuted its latest concept car, the Vision Next 100, which it has codenamed the 103EX.

The car is, of course, self-driving, with no steering wheel. The propulsion system wasn't disclosed, but Rolls-Royce teased that it was zero-emissions, suggesting electric or fuel cell.

The Rolls-Royce Vision Next 100 concept, code named 103EX, is as autonomous as it is silk-swathed. It's meant to provide a look at what the elite will be riding around in come 2116.
