Vietnamese battery electric vehicle (BEV) manufacturer VinFast Auto officially inaugurated it newly-built assembly plant in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The facility, in the Sipcot Industrial Park in Thoothukudi, is VinFast’s third vehicle assembly facility to go into operation globally, marking a key milestone in the company’s global expansion.
