Texas moves up to No. 2 and Texas A&M falls out of AP football rankings
Texas moved up one spot to No. 2 in the AP Top 25 after the Longhorns' 17-7 win over Texas A&M. The loss dropped the Aggies out of the rankings and the chance at the SEC title game and a College Football Playoff. The Longhorns will face Georgia in the SEC title game on Saturday in Atlanta. Georgia moved up to No. 5.
