A state judge in Texas has appointed a receiver to take over and sell conspiracy theorist Alex Jones' Infowars assets.

The order comes after a series of legal setbacks for the families of Sandy Hook victims as they tried to collect money owed to them by the conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.

When Alex Jones was sued by the Sandy Hook parents for his many defamatory lies about them, he barely bothered to defend himself. And after they were awarded record judgments totalling more than a billion dollars,
