Orchard Park, New York, where the Bills’ Highmark Stadium is located, saw 23 inches of snow. But the Bills have had staffers and volunteer shovelers hard at work to clear the area, and the State of New York has confirmed that the roads leading to the stadium are safe.

The Bills and 49ers play Sunday, Dec. 1 at 8:20 p.m. at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park. The game will be broadcast on local NBC affiliates, including WHEC Channel 10 in Rochester. The game will be called by Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth with sideline reporter Melissa Stark.

A lake effect snow warning is in effect through Monday evening, with the warm waters of Lake Erie feeding narrow but strong bands of precipitation across western New York.  Parts of Interstate 90 were already closed in Pennsylvania from the New York state line by Friday afternoon and all vehicles on the New York State Thruway were banned westbound from the Dunkirk/Fredonia exit.

The Buffalo Bills have shared a clip of intense snow covering Highmark Stadium ahead of their game with the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night. Snow started falling in the area, in Orchard Park, New York State, on Friday, when it was still unclear whether snow shovelers would be needed.
