GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) -A case of measles has been confirmed in Mesa County. The case is for an adult.

Measles may be spreading undetected in the Grand Junction area after an adult with no connection to other cases in the state and no history of travel tested positive for the virus, the CDPHE said.
