Former NBA star Gilbert Arenas was arrested Wednesday and is accused by the Department of Justice of being a part of a high-stakes illegal gambling ring that ran out of one of his California homes.

Former NBA player Gilbert Arenas and five other individuals were arrested on Wednesday as part of a federal indictment tied to a gambling business.

However, Arenas’ co-cost, former NBA player Nick Young, AKA “Swaggy P,“ who Arenas employs on his ”Gil’s Arena” podcast made light of the situation Wednesday on Instagram Live. “My brother is an idiot, y’all. We gonna change the show from Gil’s Arena to Swaggy’s Arena,” Young said playfully before accusing his boss of wrongdoing.
