As the stakes rise and the playoff picture comes more clearly into picture, the Philadelphia Eagles are surging at the right time. An early deficit borne out of a sluggish offensive start wasn’t enough to trouble them en route to a statement 24-19 win over the Baltimore Ravens.

The Ravens have done a good job of keeping Eagles running back Saquon Barkley under wraps on Sunday, but it's been a matter of when rather than if for Barkley this season.

The Eagles and Ravens entered Sunday at M&T Bank Stadium as two potential Super Bowl favorites with the No. 1 and 2 rushing leaders on their rosters. The game had two-star quarterbacks, but all eyes were on Saquon Barkley (Eagles) and Derrick Henry (Ravens).
