The Egyptian man accused of carrying out an antisemitic attack in Boulder, Colorado is set to appear in federal court on Friday — a day after he was charged with 28 counts of attempted murder in connection to a firebombing that has sparked widespread fear across the Jewish community.

We are learning more about the man accused of setting fire to a peaceful group of protesters in Boulder, Colorado. Mohamed Sabry Soliman is now facing federal hate crime charges. He told investigators he has no regrets.

Soliman has been charged with at least one federal hate crime ... “hate crime involving actual or perceived race, religion, or national origin.” He was held on $10 million bond, and formal charges are expected Thursday.
